Opportunities include managing drivers and equipment, and building customer relationships. By working in positions within these key areas, the Operations Training will learn the core principles of the transportation industry while playing an important role in the continued success of Gordon Trucking. The Candidate: The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the following attributes in previous roles: leadership, initiative, problem analysis, planning, organization, and sound judgment. Experience in the transportation industry is helpful but not required. A degree from an accredited university or college is preferred but not required. Candidates should have an interest in logistics, transportation management, and customer service.
