Rick Dutra is a native of California and has been recruiting for the GTI Recruiting Team since March 1998. He came to GTI with a vast amount of experience beginning as an Air Force recruiter from 1987-1992 and on to driver recruiting in 1996. Rick is based out of our Medford Terminal.

Patty Schmidt is based out of the corporate terminal in Pacific Washington. She is originally from Louisville, KY & raised on the West coast. Patty brings a strong background in customer service and became a part of the GTI recruiting department in August of 2000. She started as an application processor and has been full time recruiting for the team since October 2003.
